We want you testing with confidence. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Unused Plyomat hardware in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@plyomat.com to start a return and we'll send instructions.
Returned items must be undamaged and complete (mats, controller, cables, and packaging). Items showing heavy field use may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Every Plyomat system carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Replacement parts are available a la carte.
