We want you testing with confidence. Here is the short version, then the details if you want them.
Every Plyomat system carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it is delivered. If something fails because of how it was built, we repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage such as drops or a dropped dumbbell, or damage from improper storage or use on soft or uneven surfaces. Store mats flat, never folded or on their side, and use them on a firm, flat surface.
To start a claim, email richard@plyomat.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. Most things are sorted in an email or two.
Unused Plyomat hardware in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@plyomat.com to start a return and we will send instructions. Returned items need to be complete ยท mats, controller, cables, and packaging. Gear showing heavy field use may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
If your order shows up damaged or defective, email richard@plyomat.com within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
Cables, mats, and controllers are available a la carte any time, so you can grab a spare or swap a single part without replacing the whole system.
