Controller-specific FAQs.

Which apps work with the Controller 3.0?
Both the Plyomat 3.0 app (the current one, launched May 31) and the Plyomat 2.0 app work with Controller 3.0, fully interchangeable. The Plyomat 1.0 app only works with the original Controller 1.0 hardware (Android only, legacy).
Can I use the Controller without a phone?
Yes. The Controller has a full LCD and works completely standalone, Flight Time, Jump Height, Contact Time, RSI, and Rep Count all show on the screen. The app is optional for logging and analysis.
What's the menu used for?
Long-press the RESET/MENU button for 3 seconds to access menu settings: contrast, imperial/metric units, auto-reset on/off, max rep count, and Just Jump Mode (adds 4–7" to vertical jump height to match the Just Jump Mat).
How long does the battery last?
1–2 weeks of typical training-session use per charge. Charges via micro-USB cable (included).
Will this work with my old Plyomat mat?
Yes. Controller 3.0 is backwards compatible with every Plyomat mat ever made, plus Just Jump mats.
What if my Controller's buttons stop responding?
When the Bluetooth connection to a phone is active, buttons are intentionally disabled. Disconnect the phone (or close the app) to re-enable. If that's not the cause, email richard@plyomat.com.
