Four tests that tell you what a basketball player actually has underneath him: standing vertical, approach jump, 10/5 RSI, and single-leg max RSI. Built from four years of high school basketball testing on the Just Jump mat and on Plyomat in JJ mode. Print them, hang them in the weight room, and let the athletes find their own line.
Standing vertical tells you how much force an athlete can produce when he has time to organise. Basketball rarely gives him that time. The approach jump shows what survives once he is moving, 10/5 RSI shows how fast he turns landing into takeoff, and single-leg max RSI catches the limb that quits first. Squat numbers are deliberately absent: it is not a test you can run on a mat, so it does not belong on a sheet built around one.
Every sheet is free, print ready, and yours to hang. The letter version fits a binder, the 11×17 poster is sized for a wall, and the centimetre version carries the same standards in metric.

Median standing vertical climbs roughly a foot between 11 and 18, so one table calls a strong younger athlete Developing and a soft older one Elite. Four age bands, three levels, graded against his own age. Track him against himself from there.
JJ mode is the jump-and-reach equivalent a Just Jump mat reports. It runs higher than a flight-time-only figure, so a 30 inch vertical here is not the same 30 inches you would read off a different device. Legacy RSI is flight time divided by contact time, which is the convention these sheets use and the one most coaches already have years of data in. Standard RSI divides jump height in metres by contact time and produces much smaller numbers. Neither is wrong; mixing them is.
Plyomat times every contact to a thousandth of a second, so 10/5 RSI and single-leg max RSI come off the floor as fast as a vertical does. No force plate, no lab.
